Position Description

GT&O is an organization of more than 100,000 employees and contractors worldwide. Through operations in more than 35 countries, GT&O provides end-to-end technology and fulfillment to individual consumers, small businesses, middle-market businesses and large corporations.

This position will be responsible for end-to-end process of LCY payment.

Responsibilities:

  • To play as maker role in CMS local currency payment team, efficiently handling daily end-to-end process of payment service.
  • To maintain high-standards of service level in providing specialized service to selected clients according to tailor-made procedures.
  • To report funding position and meet internal liquidity management requirement
  • To compile various regulatory or internal reporting in a timely and accurate manner by abiding by procedures.
  • To keep positive communication with internal counterparts, including client service, product, sales, finance, etc. to resolve enquires or issues in daily processing.
  • To act as backup the associate of CMS-AML reporting team, or the position where the support needed.
  • To complete other tasks assigned by team supervisor  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification, preferable in accounting or economics major.
  • Has 2 years’ relevant working experience in banking operations Cash Management Service function, with LCY payment product knowledge would be a plus.
  • Accountable for assigned tasks.
  • Strong team work spirit and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in PC Skills.
  • English is needed to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders as well as clients
