BA Continuum India Pvt. Ltd. supports business process, information technology and knowledge process across Consumer Banking, including Card and Home Loans, Legacy Asset Servicing, Global Banking and Markets, and Global Wealth and Investment Management lines of business at Bank of America.

Process Overview

Control function technology team Supports finance, data and platform services for enterprise efforts. The team provides end-to-end technology solutions and support for Chief Financial Officer in areas such as corporate investments, corporate treasury and enterprise capital management

Job Description

Looking for an highly experienced Agile Coach who can help in a major Agile Transformation and Governance initiative involving multiple teams & Stakeholders across the global delivery center of excellence in India

  • Should have 15 or more years’ experience in Information Technology.
  • Should include minimum 4 years’ experience utilizing an agile in software development projects
  • Should have the minimum experience of 3 years as a Scrum or an agile coach.
  • Should have excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
  • Should have the ability to interact and influence both small and large audiences.


  • Be an active, involved member of the Agile Transformation team to achieve the organizational goals
  • Will be providing Agile Transformation Coaching for multiple Teams
  • Will provide hands on coaching to teams, programs, portfolio leaders and executives.
  • Coach multiple Agile teams simultaneously and provide guidance on the roles, process and best practices based on the nature
  • Continuously identify gaps by effective periodic surveys and report the progress of team on boarded on to Agile.
  • Provide mentoring to all participants in respective Agile roles as necessary
  • Will be familiar with software development and suggest methodologies based on nature of work.
  • Should have the experience in Agile Scrum, Scrum Ban and Kanban principles.
  • Should be experience in onboarding teams on to Safe Agile process
  • Should have experience in Agile tools like Rally and Jira


Mandatory skills: Agile Scrum, Jira

Desired skills: Rally

Education: Bachelor Degree

Certifications If Any: Scrum Master

Experience Range: 10 Years + in IT industry, 4 Years in Agile Development, 3 Years+ as a Scrum or Agile Coach

Work Timings: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
