BA Continuum India Pvt. Ltd. supports business process, information technology and knowledge process across Consumer Banking, including Card and Home Loans, Legacy Asset Servicing, Global Banking and Markets, and Global Wealth and Investment Management lines of business at Bank of America.

Knowledge Service Center (KSC) supports global businesses of the Bank with solutions requiring judgment application, sound business understanding and analytical perspective. The domain experience in the areas of Financial Research & Analysis, Quantitative Modeling, Risk Management and Prospecting Support provide solutions for revenue enhancement, risk mitigation and cost optimization. The division comprising of highly qualified associates operates from three locations i.e, Mumbai, Gurgaon & Hyderabad.

Bank of America- Merrill Lynch’s Equities Group is a market leader in providing world-class service to a wide range of clients.  Global Equities includes Institutional Derivatives Sales, Derivative and Convertible Trading, New Product Development, Equity Capital Markets, Institutional Equity Sales, Equity Research Sales, Equity Trading, Electronic Trading Services, Prime Brokerage and OTC Trading. Global Equities provides marketing, structuring and trading of listed and customized equity products for it clients. 

Job Description


The Global Equities division is building a new analytics capability for the Asia and EMEA Equity Synthetics & Securities Lending (ESSL) group.  We are looking to build capability for Delta One desk which also falls under Equity Financing umbrella.

Responsibilities

  • The Associate will support the flow business in the Delta One desk
  • With the guidance from Equity Synthetics and Securities Lending team (ESSL) (Trading and Sales), help to produce desk metrics on volumes, clients and pricing for senior management
  • Work integrated with the broader trading team to improve the platform and products over 14 regional markets.  Provide PMO support to the team
  • Build out new analytics capabilities – client, product and platform
  • Provide PMO support to manage the platform

Requirements:

Education : Post Graduate from a top Tier University with MBA in  Finance related major degree

Experience: 0.6 - 2 yrs

Primary skills:

  • Ideal candidates should have strong quantitative background and interest in financial markets. 
  • Knowledge of corporate actions, index methodologies would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
