BA Continuum India Pvt. Ltd. supports business process, information technology and knowledge process across Consumer Banking, including Card and Home Loans, Legacy Asset Servicing, Global Banking and Markets, and Global Wealth and Investment Management lines of business at Bank of America.

Global Banking Operations comprises operations for Commercial and Corporate banking clients. These operations support the business across US, Asia Pacific, & EMEA regions. GBO functions include implementation and servicing of credit, depository and treasury products, processing of payments and processing of trade finance transactions.

Job Description (Overview of Role)

Individual will be a contributing member of the Loan Servicing and Transaction processing team and will be required to assist US Clients in commercial credit division by providing them solutions related to various financial & non-financial service requests.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Loan Servicing research and inquiry requests
  • Assist with Research activities, Advance & Payment requests ensuring all transactions are processed as per defined quality and timeliness standards with key responsibility of approving LIQ transactions
  • Perform adjustment and change on commercial loans
  • Ensure all transactions are processed as per defined quality and timeliness standards
  • Team Management & operational routines management

  • Required Skills

  • Education : Commerce Graduate / MBA
  • Experience : 7 - 8 Years, of which 18 months in team management.
  • Certifications : NA
  • In-depth knowledge on Loan IQ platform
  • Excellent knowledge on financial accounting, reporting and macro-economics for Approvals and validations
  • Good knowledge on E2E Commercial Loan Cycle
  • Ability to understand and respond quickly to advances and payment requests to avoid unnecessary escalations
  • Associate should be flexible to work in night shifts (may extend the time) to complete the urgent work.
  • Excellent communication and e-mail writings skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

    Process Basic Information

  • Open to working in 24x5 environment
  • Shift Window: 8:30 pm – 5:30 am (next day) and 9:30 pm – 6:30 am (next day)
  • Weekends off: Yes
  • Holiday Structure: US Holidays
